Mar\u00eda Candelaria Rodr\u00edguez Heras, Directora de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Social, fue la encargada de leer una peque\u00f1a remembranza de las acciones realizadas por el caudillo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn 1810, Guerrero se uni\u00f3 a las tropas de Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos y luch\u00f3 contra los espa\u00f1oles. Cundo muri\u00f3 Morelos, Guerrero continu\u00f3 luchando en el sur de M\u00e9xico. Venci\u00f3 en la batalla de Cerro de Barrag\u00e1s (1818), pero sufri\u00f3 una grave derrota en Agua Zarca (1819)\u201d, mencion\u00f3 Rodr\u00edguez Heras.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otro de los aspectos que resalt\u00f3 Rodr\u00edguez Heras fue el hecho de que Vicente Guerrero Salda\u00f1a apoy\u00f3 a Iturbide como primer emperador de M\u00e9xico, pero que al poco tiempo se rebel\u00f3 para unirse al general Santa Anna que luchaba por implantar una Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Cruz, Elota, Sin.- El Gobierno Municipal de Elota, encabezado por la Alcaldesa Araceli Esparza Gaxiola, conmemor\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana con un izamiento de bandera a media asta, el 187 aniversario luctuoso de Vicente Guerrero Salda\u00f1a.
