COMUNICACI\u00d3N SOCIAL Y PUBLICIDAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los montos destinados a gastos relativos a comunicaci\u00f3n social y publicidad oficial desglosada por fecha, tipo de medio, proveedores, n\u00famero de contrato y concepto o campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 95 \u00b0 Fracci\u00f3n XXVIII Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Estado de Sinaloa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Descripci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Los sujetos obligados deber\u00e1n publicar y actualizar la informaci\u00f3n tanto de los programas de comunicaci\u00f3n social o equivalente que de acuerdo con la normatividad aplicable deban elaborar, como la de los recursos p\u00fablicos erogados o utilizados para realizar las actividades relacionadas con la comunicaci\u00f3n y la publicidad institucionales a trav\u00e9s de los distintos medios de comunicaci\u00f3n: espectaculares, Internet, radio, televisi\u00f3n, cine, medios impresos, digitales, entre otros. Se trata de todas aquellas asignaciones destinadas a cubrir los gastos de realizaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de mensajes y campa\u00f1as para informar a la poblaci\u00f3n sobre los programas, servicios p\u00fablicos y el quehacer gubernamental en general; as\u00ed como la publicidad comercial de los productos y servicios que generan ingresos para los sujetos
