CONCESIONES, CONTRATOS, CONVENIOS, PERMISOS, LICENCIAS O AUTORIZACIONES OTORGADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las concesiones, contratos, convenios, permisos, licencias o autorizaciones otorgados; especificando los titulares de aquellos, debiendo publicarse su objeto, nombre o raz\u00f3n social del titular, vigencia, tipo, t\u00e9rminos, condiciones, monto y modificaciones, as\u00ed como si el procedimiento involucra el aprovechamiento de bienes, servicios y\/o recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 95 \u00b0 Fracci\u00f3n XLI Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Estado de Sinaloa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Descripci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Los sujetos obligados publicar\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n relativa a cualquier tipo de concesi\u00f3n, contratos, convenios, permisos, licencias o autorizaciones otorgados, de acuerdo con sus atribuciones establecidas en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Sinaloa, as\u00ed como la Ley Org\u00e1nica de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica estatal y municipal. La informaci\u00f3n se organizar\u00e1 por acto jur\u00eddico y respecto de cada uno se especificar\u00e1 su tipo. Por ejemplo:<br \/>\nConcesi\u00f3n para ejecuci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de obra p\u00fablica; prestaci\u00f3n de servicio p\u00fablico; radiodifusi\u00f3n; telecomunicaciones;
