Gabriel Leyva S. y Sa\u00fal Aguilar Pico, La Cruz, Elota, Sin.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El \u00c1rea Departamento Jur\u00eddico.<br \/>\nSus facultades y obligaciones ser\u00e1n las siguientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol style=\"list-style: upper-roman;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; background-color: #e7eced;\">Representar por instrucciones del Sindico Procurador, al H. Ayuntamiento, al Presidente Municipal, a las dependencias de estos, y a los organismos<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asesorar al personal de la Direcci\u00f3n sobre la legalidad de las acciones que emprendan dentro de sus funciones como cuerpo de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Transito;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; background-color: #e7eced;\">Defender gratuitamente a los integrantes de la Direcci\u00f3n cuando con motivo del servicio, exista alg\u00fan procedimiento legal Instaurado en su contra, siempre y cuando el Ayuntamiento no sea contraparte del mismo;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Informar al Director de todas las actividades que se realicen y cumplir con los lineamientos T\u00e9cnico Jur\u00eddicos marcados por dicha Direcci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; background-color: #e7eced;\">Recibir y contestar las notificaciones de todo tipo de escritos en los que se demande la intervenci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal en controversias jur\u00eddicas administrativas y judiciales;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intervenir en las controversias en que la Polic\u00eda y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal sea parte;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; background-color: #e7eced;\">Rendir los Informes que le sean solicitados a la Polic\u00eda y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal con motivo de juicios de amparo;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elaborar las denuncias, querellas y demandas que resulten necesarias para el cumplimiento de las funciones de la corporaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como participar hasta la culminaci\u00f3n del procedimiento respectivo;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; background-color: #e7eced;\">Notificar todo tipo de resoluciones emitidas por la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal\u00a0<em>y\/o\u00a0<\/em>la Comisi\u00f3n de la misma Direcci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las dem\u00e1s que le encomiende el Director General de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Transito Municipal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][mkd_section_title pattern_style=\"light\" title=\"Departamento Jur\u00eddico\"][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=\"1\/4\"][vc_single_image image=\"4381\" img_size=\"150x150\" alignment=\"center\" style=\"vc_box_rounded\"][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\"3\/4\"][vc_column_text] LIC.
